Refund and Credit policy

Introduction

We understand that plans can change. This policy ensures fairness for all families while protecting the limited places available on each course.

1. Booking and Payments

– Each course runs for 12 weeks.
– A GBP 25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
– The remaining GBP 50 balance is due on or before the first session.
– Spaces are limited, and once booked, your child’s place is reserved exclusively for them.

2. Refunds and Credits

Before the Course Starts:

– If you cancel before the first session, the GBP 50 balance (if paid) will be refunded, and the GBP 25 deposit will be credited for future use.
– The GBP 25 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your child’s place that another child could have taken.

After the First Session (Before Week Two):

– You can choose one of the following options:

  1. A GBP 50 refund, forfeiting the GBP 25 deposit, or
  2. A GBP 75 credit (deposit + balance) to use towards a future course.

– Although courses are technically non-refundable, we offer this flexibility to support returning families.

After Week Two Has Started:

– If only the GBP 25 deposit has been paid, it can still be credited in full (provided the child has not attended).
– If the full GBP 75 has been paid: – The GBP 25 deposit is non-creditable.
– The GBP 50 balance is credited minus GBP 5 per week that has passed (e.g. Week 3 -> GBP 40, Week 5-> GBP 30).
– This reduction reflects time elapsed and participation in the course.

3. Credit Rules

– Credits never expire.- Credits can be used for any future course.
– It is the parent’s responsibility to find a suitable future course.
– We are not obliged to offer the same venue, day, or time.
– Credits may be transferred between siblings under the same parent account but cannot be transferred to other families or friends.

4. Cancellations by Us

– If a session is cancelled (e.g. due to weather, coach illness, or venue unavailability), it will be rescheduled or the course will be extended where possible.
– If the entire course is cancelled, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.

5. Communication

– Parents can contact us by phone, email, or in person to discuss cancellations or credits.
– Our team will confirm the outcome promptly and clearly.
– We aim to handle every case fairly and consistently.

6. Our Commitment

We strive to be fair, transparent, and understanding with every family. Whenever possible, we will offer credits as a goodwill gesture to encourage children to return when ready.
